Ko Taiarahia te maunga
Ko Ōhinemataroa te awa
He uri au nō Tūhoe me Te Arawa
Nō Whakatāne ahau
As the youngest of my whānau, I was raised in the beautiful Whakatāne by my Mum and Koro—two people I can thank for my lifelong love of music, learning, and good kai. My childhood was shaped by days spent at my awa, by the moana, and in the company of whānau. Seeking new adventures, I moved to Pōneke to study at Te Herenga Waka, completing my Bachelor of Commerce at the start of 2026.
Since moving, my work with Ngāi Tauira, Twisted Frequency, CubaDupa, and the Māoriland Film Festival has sparked a massive passion within me for Wellington's music and toi scene. No matter where you are in Aotearoa, I encourage you to get out there, discover the local talent in your own backyard, and support our incredible homegrown artists.
Whānau and community comes first for me, always. I love any opportunity to host dinners, parties and games nights for my whānau. If I’m not with my whānau, then I’ll be op-shopping to my heart’s content, diving for kaimoana, eating kaimoana or working on my toi.

Arty, party, hearty.
I love that everyone speaks so positively, it’s very rare to hear or see someone complaining. Also, the view from our office window is next level!!
My favourite project is one I didn’t work on, the summer Fishing Rules app. This is my favourite because I downloaded the app when I had no idea what Hemisphere was. Now that I work here, I get to see the mahi that goes into a campaign like that.
Primo!!!
