Be the orchestrator who brings our best work to life. You'll lead the delivery of campaigns and projects that create meaningful change, managing client relationships and coordinating diverse teams to ensure everything runs smoothly while championing our values in every interaction.

What your days will look like

  • Leading project delivery Take ownership of campaign and project delivery from start to finish. You'll manage timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring every piece of work meets our high standards and creates the impact our clients need.
  • Building strong client relationships Become the trusted face of Hemisphere for your assigned clients. You'll understand their business challenges, anticipate their needs, and communicate progress in ways that build     confidence and strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinating creative excellence Brief creative, media, and production teams with clarity and precision. You'll translate client objectives into actionable briefs, coordinate across disciplines, and ensure all elements work together seamlessly.
  • Managing stakeholder communication Present plans, progress updates, and results to clients and internal teams. You'll be the communication hub that keeps everyone informed, aligned, and excited about the work we're creating together.
  • Inspiring team performance Motivate and guide diverse creative teams to deliver their best work. You'll foster collaboration, solve problems as they arise, and create an environment where everyone can contribute their strengths.
  • Championing cultural values Ensure every project reflects our commitment to te ao Māori and culturally responsive approaches. You'll work with our cultural leaders to integrate tikanga appropriately and authentically throughout project delivery.

What you'll bring

For Specialist level (2-4 years experience):

  • Strong social media and digital project management experience
  • Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, and major social platforms
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent storytelling and communication abilities

For Senior Specialist level (4-7 years experience):

  • All of the above, plus strategic thinking and advanced client management skills
  • Experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns and substantial budgets
  • Proven ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to business development
  • Advanced understanding of agency operations and profit management
  • Track record of growing client relationships and identifying new opportunities
