Whether you plan, buy, strategise, or blur all those lines — if you know how to reach the right audience at the right moment, we want to hear from you. If you hold client relationships together, keep projects moving, and make sure great work gets out the door — that's the energy we need. You might call yourself an account manager, a project manager, a business director, or something else. What matters is that you get things done and people trust you to do it. We're growing our creative team and would love to hear from designers, animators, copywriters, and all creative thinkers who makes things come to life. We're building for the future and want to know you're out there. We'll be in touch when the time is right, which might be sooner than you think.

We’re keen to see:

  • A portfolio that shows range and craft
  • Motion, animation, or video skills
  • Examples of Māori and/or Pasifika design
  • Kick-ass behaviour change campaign experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite — particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Deft in the art of a good pun with a keen attitude and hunger to grow
OPERATIONS LEAD | KAIRĀRAHI WHAKAHAERE
Senior role — Recruiting now

We're looking for a systems-minded operator to own finance, HR, and operations across our two-office agency. You'll work closely with our Managing Director and take on increasing responsibility as Hemisphere grows. Xero experience essential. Wellington or Tauranga, 0.8–1.0 FTE.

  • Xero experience — invoicing, reconciliations,  payments
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Experience with HR in a New Zealand context
  • A systems-thinking approach — you build better processes
  • Solid financial administration experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
